Website visits

We do not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts to this website. Fonts and media are served from our domain. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes standard request information to deliver and protect it.

Contact enquiries

We receive the name, email address, organization, selected interest and message you submit. The service also records submission time, country derived from the request and browser user-agent information. We use these details to respond and maintain a record of the conversation.

Player-film enquiries

If you use the player intake, we also receive the player name, jersey number, age band, team or level, tryout target, film link and source, phone number, and your consent choices. Film links are used to discuss suitability and the requested review. Optional training permission is separate and off by default.

Storage and notifications

Enquiries are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Configured notification services may deliver the enquiry to Charles & Roe Inc. for follow-up. We do not sell your enquiry or add you to a marketing list.

Players and families

A parent or guardian should lead an enquiry for a player under 18. Do not send medical information, account credentials or film you do not have permission to share through the contact form. Any pilot involving player film requires appropriate permission and agreed data handling.

Retention and requests

We keep enquiries while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected].
